Is your packaging discreet?
As your discretion is essential to us, our packages will come to you in plain cardboard boxes without big logos or letters, so no nosy neighbors or kids will have the slightest idea about the enormous amounts of fun you’ll be having.
Law requirements
Due to legislation, various customs regulations, and international inspections, the waybill label must contain written information about the sender in small print. For that reason, your package will include the brand’s name written in a highly discreet manner. And due to other customs requirements, for countries outside the EU & US, your package will say “handheld massager” as a description on the box.
When will I receive my package?
We usually ship internet orders within two days of approving an order, and most will arrive within 5-30 days of shipment, but this can vary depending on the country. You can always check your order’s status by checking the delivery company’s website using the tracking number we sent via email once the parcel is shipped. Please note that we cannot ship to certain countries due to legal restrictions. If delivery problems arise, we will contact you by email or phone.
Do you ship to a PO box?
Yes, but only in the USA. Take your pick and get ready to give a warm welcome to your new friend.
